The number one Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life Canada wide took place in Prince George last year, something organizers are eager to repeat.
“We really want to retain the number one spot in the country” says Team Lead Helen Owen “Our committee is working hard to come up with some new ideas for the event; we are expanding on our Vegas theme, and we are in the process of putting together some new excitement.”
Prince George is also home to the only 24hr version of the relay in the country. Everywhere else runs for 12.
Early bird registration is now open for just ten dollars. People that register before Jan 31st will be entered in a draw for a $100 dollar Mr. Mikes gift card.
The Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life runs on May 9th at 10am.
