Brett Connolly of Prince George, who joined the Boston Bruins on Monday, has been sidelined six weeks. The 22-year-old Connolly, a former PG and Cariboo Cougar, suffered a displaced fracture in his right index finger during practice. He was injured after taking a Dennis Seidenberg shot off his hand. Connolly was acquired by the Bruins from the Tampa Bay Lightning for a pair of second round picks. He has 12 goals, three assists and 38 penalty minutes to go along with a plus four rating in 50 games this
season.
