If you want to purchase some Canada Winter merchandise for a discount, you have a chance this weekend.
The Winter Games is having an asset sale at its warehouse at 505-4th Avenue Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm.
Spokesperson Alyson Gourley-Cramer says these are held to get back some of the revenue from the games.
“We are going to sell off most of the equipment, and furniture, and supplies,” says Gourley-Cramer, “that were used doing the 2015 Canada Winter Games.”

Gourley-Cramer says you will be able to pay by cash, credit or debit.
She says what they don’t sell at the sale will be given to different service agencies in Prince George.
