It’s budget day in Canada tomorrow (Tuesday).
The federal government is set to unveil its fiscal plan for the year, its final one before heading into an election.
It will also be Finance Minister Joe Oliver’s first budget and will be released three weeks later than usual.
Volatile oil prices are being blamed for the delay.
Last November the government predicted a surplus of $1.9 billion for 2015, but that was back when oil was $90/barrel US.
