A great start for Linda Renner of Prince George at the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Los Angeles.
Renner was part of Team Canada that earned silver in 10-pin bowling. She continues competition this week in singles action.
The 52-year-old Renner is one of 7,000 athletes, including 57 from B.C., participating in the Games. She is also one of 5 from B.C. competing in 10-pin bowling
177 countries are represented in the Special Olympics World Summer Games which conclude on Sunday.
