With summer winding down, School District 57 in Prince George is getting set for another year.
Chair, Tony Cable says unlike last year, this school year will start on time.
“The most exciting thing for this school year is we’re able to start the first day of school and there is no labour disruptions and people are excited to be back.
Cable adds the school year will start a little later than usual due to the Labour Day long weekend.
“What we are looking at this year is Labour Day is on the 7th, and then we have a Pro-D day on the 8th and school should get rolling on the 9th.”
