The Okanagan Rockets earned a split in Prince George defeating the Cariboo Cougars today (Sun) 6-1.
Chase Stevenson put the visitors on top at 5:06 of the first period on the power-play to carry a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes.
The Rockets would extend it’s lead to 3-0 after potting two in the middle frame courtesy of Lucas Cullen and Matt Kowalski.
The onslaught would continue in the third when Lucas Cullen would score his second of the game followed by markers from Eli Zummack and Hayden Dick.

Daine Dubois scored the lone goal for Cariboo.
Chase Dubois and Reid Perepeluk missed both games this weekend for the Cougars.
Cariboo welcomes the Thompson Blazers next Saturday and Sunday from Kin 1.
