A taste of Italy is coming to Prince George in the near future.
Betulla Burning is a new venture undertaken by the Nancy O’s Restaurant group.
C-E-O, Garrett Fdorkiw says they hope to get the all clear from the city in the new year.
“We are going to submit our final drawing plans to the city and we should start breaking ground by the end of March.”

Fdorkiw adds the new restaurant will feature a unique piece of equipment.
“We have a 6 thousand pound hand-made oven from Naples, Italy and is in storage waiting to be seasoned and cook pizzas.”
They hope to open the doors next July and will be an all ages restaurant.
It will be located in the same spot where the fire took place near Nancy O’s back in May.
