Bandits belt Stylers to finish 14-1 in PG Senior Lacrosse

The first place BX Pub/Claude’s Barbershop Bandits wrapped up their regular season in Prince George Senior Lacrosse with a 15-9 victory Monday night over the Cowboy Ranch Stylers.

The Bandits finished 14-1 and the Stylers 5-10.

The Stylers can still earn a playoff spot if Northland Nissan Assault can win a make-up game on Monday in Quesnel against the Crossfire.

UPDATE: Samuel Peet scored his 6th goal of the game in overtime to give the Mackenzie Lumberjax a 10-9 victory over Northland Nissan Assault in a Tuesday make-up game at Kin 1. Mackenzie finishes the season with a 3-12 record. Northland is headed to the playoffs with a 5-9 record and one game left.

UPDATE: The Westwood Pub Devils finished in second place with a 12-3 record after crushing Northland Nissan Assault 17-3 on Wednesday, June 29th.

In other action: the Devils won a pair of weekend games in Mackenzie 19-4 and 17-6 over the Lumberjax.

The Bandits dumped Quesnel 17-8 on June 23rd.
