Before an estimated crowd of close to 1,000 at Citizen Field in Prince George, Japan earned gold thanks to a come from behind 5-4 victory over the Roswell Invaders in the final.
Roswell led 4-3 after seven innings and the game was tied 4-4 after 8.
Japan leaves Prince George 7-0 after they scored the winning run in the bottom of the 9th on a wild pitch with two outs.
Bronze went to Canadian Sidearm Nation following a 10-6 triumph over Thurston County.
