The Everett Silvertips scored three times in each of the first two periods and they went on to beat the Prince George Cougars 6-3 before 2,534 fans at CN Centre.
The 6-1-1 Silvertips completed the double-header sweep by going 3-for-7 on the power play. Everett took Tuesday’s game 4-0.
Nick McBride allowed 5 goals on just 13 shots before he was hooked just 2:51 into the second period.
Patrick Bajkov notched a goal and two assists and Riley Sutter tallied twice for Everett.
Brogan O’Brien, Aaron Boyd and Sam Ruopp scored once for Prince George.
The 8-2 Cougars play Friday in Seattle and Saturday in Tri-City before returning home to entertain Swift Current on Tuesday.
