An Amber Alert has been activated by authorities in British Columbia.
Vancouver police say four-year-old Delilah Felton may have been taken from the East King Edward area by her mother.
The mother, 46-year old Angela Hanley, is described as five-foot-six, 139 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
The suspect may be travelling with her mother and police say Hanley should not be approached.
