RCMP investigating an alleged targeted shooting

Local police are looking for two men in a shooting investigation believed to have been targeted.

Officers responded to multiple 911 calls of shots fired in the VLA near Strathcona Avenue and Upland Street after 1AM Monday morning.

A man was found by police with apparent gunshot wounds; he was taken to hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

Prince George RCMP only describe the suspects as wearing dark clothing with bandanas covering their faces, but video footage captured the vehicle they fled in.

It is described as:

  • Older model vehicle
  • Blue
  • Four doors
  • Full-size sedan
