Come and fling your used pumpkins into the air this Friday after Halloween.
The Exploration Place is holding its Rotten Pumpkin Fundraiser again this year on November 1st. They will be catapulting old pumpkins across the parking lot to raise money for the centre, which is a Northern BC non-profit organization and registered charity.
The cost is $3.00 per pumpkin and they ask that you remove any glass, toothpicks or other sharp objects to ensure safe flinging.
The fundraiser is weather-dependent and the parking lot will be closed all day for the event and post-catapult clean-up.
