UNBC Timberwolves tie record with 20 students earning Academic All-Canadian status for 2018-19

20 UNBC student-athletes were recognized as Academic All-Canadians for their work on and off the playing field today.

This number equals the most in UNBC history, tying the 2018-2019 total.

The annual U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian ceremony honours students who have achieved at least a 3.67 GPA, or an A-.

“It is really difficult to spend considerable time on athletics and still maintain this lofty academic standard. Our Timberwolves continue to raise the bar, and I am thrilled for our Academic All-Canadians,” said Loralyn Murdoch, UNBC Director of Athletics & Recreation.
