Undercover unit nabs Crime Stopper’s “Watch of the Year” award

Constable Kevin Reid, currently in his 12th year with the RCMP, has been named the 7th “Officer of the Year.”

He was given the honour today (Wednesday) as Prince George Crime Stoppers has officially handed out its “Officer of the Year” and “Watch of the Year” awards for 2019.

The award comes following his continued involvement in responding to tips provided through Crime Stoppers.

“We were able to take a significant amount of drugs, guns, and cash off the streets of Prince George,” Reid commented.
