A trade that makes Cents, Spruce Kings acquire forward from Merritt

The Prince George Spruce Kings stocked up on their roster once again acquiring 20-year-old forward F Hunor Torzsok from
the Merritt Centennials in exchange for future considerations.

He finished last season with 16 goals and 3 assists in 38 games played.

Torzsok has played 74 BCHL games with both the Centennials and the Nanaimo
Clippers.

He also has nearly 40 games of Western Hockey League experience, having stints
with the Vancouver Giants and the Everett Silvertips.

“Hunor is a veteran player that will be a good addition to our lineup,” says GM Mike Hawes.

“He provides some size up front and is a good person that will add some more leadership to our
group.”

The Spruce Kings take on Merritt October 10th in the first of five exhibition meetings.
