MLB:

–Game 1 of the World Series featuring the LA Dodgers and Tampa Bay Rays will be played tonight (5:10 PM PT)
in Arlington, Texas. MLB will allow 11,500 fans into the stadium for each game of the World Series. The Dodgers have appeared in three of the last four World Series but they have not won the Fall Classic since 1988. Clayton Kershaw of the Dodgers and Tyler Glasnow of the Rays will start on the mound.

NFL: 

–Week six of the NFL season ended with the Arizona Cardinals crushing the Dallas Cowboys 38-10. The Cards are 4-2 and tied with the LA Rams for second in the NFC West behind the 5-0 Seattle Seahawks. Despite a 2-4 record, the Cowboys still lead the NFC (L)East.

–The defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs are 5-1 after a 26-17 victory over the Bills in Buffalo. The Chiefs are first in the AFC West while the 4-2 Bills lead the AFC East.
