The intersection is now clear. One man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a two-vehicle crash in the College Heights area.
Witnesses have reported to MyPGNow the Highway 16 and Tyner Boulevard intersection is blocked off, with no immediate detour available.
“They have all roads blocked,” said Roxana on a call to Country 97 FM.

“You can turn off of Domano on to Peden Hill but you cannot go up or across or anything else,” she explained.
Another witness reports a semi-truck is stalled nearby, causing a further backup, spilling over into nearby side roads.
