–In one of the most dramatic NFL games of the season, the Baltimore Ravens escaped with a wild 47-42 victory over the Cleveland Browns to put an end to Week 14 of the season. Justin Tucker snapped a tie with a 55-yard field goal with two seconds left and Baltimore added safety on the final play of the game. Ravens QB Lamar Jackson had nine rushes for 124 yards and two touchdowns. Jackson missed part of the second half due to cramps but came back just in time to toss a 44-yard TD pass to Marquise Brown on a fourth-and-5 with less than two minutes left. The Ravens are 8-5 while the Browns sit 9-4.

Biathlon:
–Sarah Beaudry of Prince George is competing on the biathlon world stage.
The 26-year-old Duchess Park graduate placed 39th out of 108 in the 7.5 km women’s sprint competition in Austria.
She also placed 50th out of 58 in the 10-kilometre pursuit.
Beaudry and her Biathlon Canada teammates placed 15th out of 23 teams in the women’s 4×6 relay competition.
The local product will stay in Austria for another set of competitions this weekend.
