In a nutshell: As of 12:05 a.m. Monday by Hartley Miller
NFL:
–The Kansas City Chiefs are 13-1 after a 32-29 victory over the New Orleans Saints in the feature game on Sunday in the NFL. The Saints are 10-4.
–Arguably the biggest upset of the NFL season had the New York Jets posting their first win, 23-20 over the LA Rams. The Jets are 1-13, tied with Jacksonville for the worst record in the league. The Jaguars are currently in a position to get the number-one draft pick . The Rams slip to 9-5, a game back of Seattle in the NFC West.
–The Seahawks are 10-4 and have clinched a playoff spot after a 20-15 triumph over the Washington Football Team. Seattle will host the Rams on Sunday.
As the NFL season winds down and the post-season quickly approaches, we’re getting a better idea of what January football will look like and how the top of the 2021 draft is going to shake out.
