–Canada will play Germany today (Saturday 3 PM PT) in its first game at the World Junior Hockey Championship in Edmonton. Northeastern University freshman Devon Levi will start in net for Canada. Levi made 23 saves for the shutout in a 1-0 exhibition victory over Russia on Wednesday. Taylor Gauthier of the PG Cougars is one of three goalies on the Canadian team. Gauthier did not dress against the Russians.
