(5th straight loss for the Canucks, who outshot the Maple Leafs 32-19. Auston Matthews tallied the winner in the 3rd period to extend his career-best goal streak to eight games. Vancouver dropped a pair to Montreal and three in a row to Toronto. The (6-10) Canucks, who have given up a league-high 63 goals in 16 games, will play their next four games against the (5-5-1) Flames. The two teams meet Thursday, Saturday and Monday in Vancouver and Wednesday of next week (Feb 17th) in Calgary)
