Snowfall warning in place for Prince George

Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for the Pine Pass as the area could see 10 to 15 cm of snow until tomorrow (Sunday).

Snow falling over Dease Lake is expected to spread to Prince George, Williston and Stuart-Nechako this afternoon (Saturday), reaching the Cariboo region this evening.

“The heavy snowfall is expected to end at around 7 am tomorrow (Sunday), because of the warm front passing through,” explained Johnson Zhong, Meteorologist with Environment Canada.

Road conditions will continue to be updated on Drive BC.
