Prince George RCMP are looking for the parent or guardian of a small boy, about three years old.
Mounties say they were flagged down by a concerned citizen near the corner of Upland and Strathcona this morning (Wednesday), at 10:00.

The person had found the boy alone in the area.
He has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
