Cougars hire new Equipment Manager

The Prince George Cougars found the successor to outgoing Equipment Manager Ramandeep “Chico” Dhanjal.

The WHL club has hired Kory Achtymichuk for the role.

The Wadena, Saskatchewan product spent the past four seasons as the Assistant Equipment Manager of the Regina Pats.

“Kory worked for a great organization in Regina, and he is ready to take the next step. We look forward to him joining our team for the upcoming season,” said Cougars’ GM & Head Coach Mark Lamb.

Achtymichuk worked the 2017 WHL Final and the 2018 Kia Memorial Cup.

He will start with the Cougars early next month.
