Prince George Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire on Pioneer Avenue this morning (Monday) at 3:00.
According to Assistant Chief Kevin Woodhouse, on arrival, crews found an attached garage on fire.
Firefighters were quickly able to contain it to the garage, performing a quick attack preventing the fire to advance into the home.
There was one home at the time of the fire.

There were no reported injuries and damage to the structure is estimated at $20,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
