Prince George men can find out how their hearts are faring this weekend. The Prince George Rotary Club is holding free cardiovascular health screenings Saturday at the hospital. Organizer Ross Birchall says the screenings are too open a dialogue around men’s health in Northern BC.
Birchall says screenings are meant to show the risk factors for cardiovascular disease. He says they have done similar screenings for prostate cancer.
