Jake Schneider scored a pair for the Spruce Kings in the loss.
The Spruce Kings (13-7-1-1) and Warriors (13-6-2-0) are now tied at 28 points each in the BCHL’s Interior Conference, behind only the still undefeated Pentiction Vees (23-0-0-0).
The Spruce Kings will host the Cranbrook Bucks (12-8-1-0) for a weekend doubleheader starting on Friday. (7:00 p.m.)
