(Seattle leads the series 2-0)

The Cougars powerplay went 0/5, including an opportunity with a full two minutes of 5-on-3.

The Tbirds scored right after killing off the 5-on-3, which proved to be a turning point in the game.

Ondrej Becher scored the lone Cougars goal 14 seconds into the third period.
