Terry Teegee is hoping to serve another term as Tribal Chief for the Carrier Sekani Tribal Council.
Teegee says if re-elected, several issues need to be discussed.
“The pipeline issues such as the L-N-G pipeline as well as Enbridge’s Northern Gateway Pipeline, there’s also the issue of title to our land we need to discuss with the government.”
Ballots will be set up at the band office located on 6th avenue in Prince George and 8 other band offices located across the tribal council.

The election is slated for Friday July 24th.
John and Tim Erickson as well as Martin Louie are also on the ballot.
