PG RCMP looking into suspicious occurrence at College Heights Secondary

A suspicious event at College Heights Secondary School is under investigation by the Prince George RCMP.

The incident occurred just after 12:20 pm today (Wednesday) where two witnesses reported to officers a teenage girl was dropped at the office by a black pickup truck during the lunch hour – they did not recognize the youth as a student of the school.

A short time later, a silver sedan with a man and woman inside came and stopped near the girl. Witnesses stated she began to walk away before she was approached by the man and was guided into the waiting vehicle.

“The man and woman identified themselves to the witnesses as the girl’s parents, but the witnesses still felt it warranted a call to the police. We are now looking to speak with anyone who can identify the owners of either vehicle or the youth involved in this file, so we can check on her wellbeing,” stated Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.

If anyone can identify the vehicle or the girl in the surveillance photos provided, they can call the Prince George RCMP
