PGDTA says strike week is "chaotic"

Job action by teachers continues across BC today.

Prince George and District Teachers Association President Tina Cousins says it’s hard to say how it could affect things like report cards and grad events.

“Right now things are very chaotic, to say the least. As well as stage two job action with rotating strikes, we are also locked out by our employer. So there are a lot of things that are up in the air, and teachers are very concerned and feeling very angry.”

Cousins says strike action will hit Prince George on Thursday.

No buses will run and classes will be cancelled that day.
