It will cost more to leave your vehicle at the Prince George airport in 2016.
President and CEO, John Gibson says daily and weekly parking rates are going up.
“Parking lot fees have not increased since 2010, it’s going up two dollars per day to $13. That’s pretty in sync with other regional airports and certainly well below the major airports.”
Weekly parking rates will rise $10 to $65.

The Airport Improvement fee is also getting a $5 bump to $25.
Over the next decade the PGAA says they have to spend $55M on capital projects in order to keep the airport operating at full efficiency.
