Megan Tandy of Prince George was part of the Canadian women’s biathlon team that finished 10th in the 4×6 kilometre World Cup relay in Hochfilzen, Austria.
The relay consists of each athlete skiing 6 kilometres with two bouts of shooting.
The Canadian men tied its career best with a 6th place finish.
Earlier, the 27-year-old Tandy placed 48th in the women’s World Cup 10-kilometre pursuit race.
The World Cup Biathlon schedule continues this week in Pokljuka, Slovenia.
