The Prince George Chamber of Commerce has released it’s Top 40 Under 40 list for 2016-17.
CEO, Christie Ray says the people who had the biggest job was the panel of 10 who had to narrow down the list.
“These are 10 people without direct connections to the nominees which you could imagine was a tough feat in itself finding 10 people like that for a group which was about 70 nominees.”
The person who received the highest number of votes was Scott McWalter from UNBC.
When asked if this was the best Top 40 list ever assembled Ray had this to say.
“Absolutely without a doubt and what makes it the best one yet is the amount of community support.”
Other nominees included Eoin Foley from Nancy O’s and PG City Councillor Jillian Merrick.
