Friends of Thomas Days at Railway & Forestry Museum

An annual family-fun event runs at the Railway and Forestry Museum this weekend.

The annual “Friends of Thomas Days” goes tomorrow until Sunday, where their trains will be dressed as Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends.

Event Coordinator Julianna Weisgarber says there will be plenty of activities for kids to enjoy.

“We have a bbq going on for lunch, we have a pancake breakfast from 10 to 11:30am, we also have relay races. Different sort of booths can get you get stamps for a Thomas passport, and once you get to the end of the Thomas passport you get a certificate. So it’s a good time for families and kids.”
