PRINCE GEORGE SPRUCE KINGS:

Prince George Spruce Kings  4   Wenatchee Wild               3     (Saturday)

Spruce Kings erased a 3-1 deficit to win their sixth straight in front of 871 fans at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena (RMCA).

Chong Min Lee (2G, 2A) and Blake Hayward (2G, 1A) scored twice each and Evan DeBrouwer made 35 saves for the 18-10-2-3 Spruce Kings, who were out shot 38-19.

PG went 7-1 on an eight-game home-stand.

Spruce Kings scored three times in the second period and added an empty netter in the third before 1,040 fans.

The 11-14-2-2 Prince George Cougars have their annual Teddy Bear Toss game today at 2PM when they host the BC Division-leading Victoria Royals in the first of a doubleheader.

The two teams will also face off Tuesday at the CN Centre.
