PG RCMP’s Counter-attack Campaign was in full force for the 2017 holiday season
Officers caught 13 impaired drivers, five of which had their vehicles impounded for 30 days & a 90-day license suspension
Police also issued 160 tickets in December for several offenses, including 112 speeding tickets
Mounties also reported no fatal collisions, claiming the cold weather played a role in reducing traffic compared to 2016
