“Let’s Get Prince George Growing!”
That’s the main idea behind Mayoral Candidate Don Zurowski as he officially kicked off his campaign today. Zurowski says if elected, he would get a handle on the city’s current infrastructure.
“The City of Prince George is the keeper of about two billion dollars in infrastructure assets, and it requires a lot of investments to maintain them and get some of them up to speed that have deteriorated, that’s a big apart of the focus, is not taking on additional wants before we got a handle on community needs.”
Zurowski is aiming to get Prince George’s population upto 100,000 people. He served on Prince George City Council for nine years before being ousted in 2008.
