Meryeta O’Dine of Prince George and partner Zoe Bergermann of Erin, Ontario captured the bronze medal for Canada during the Team Snowboardcross (SBX) World Cup event in Erzurum, Turkey.
This is O’Dine and Bergermann’s second team event medal after the pair captured silver at last month’s Team SBX World Cup in Montafon, Austria.
Meanwhile, the 20-year-old O’Dine is eighth in the world standings after she placed sixth out of 32 women in the individual race.
The Canadian team will now head to Bansko, Bulgaria for a sprint SBX World Cup this week before the focus then shifts to the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games.
