Taxes and the PAC are two concerns for council candidate

A nine year resident of Prince George has thrown her hat into the ring for city council. Coralee Larsen says she’s had an interest in politics from a young age, and has wanted to run for council for a while.

“We need to look at our fiscal management at city hall,” says Larsen, “our infrastructure funding has been neglected over the years, and I don’t think its been fair to the tax payers of Prince George.”

Larsen says taxes are something residents have seen enough of especially the storm water utility tax. She also says the proposed performing arts centre is something the city should not be putting money towards. Larsen is currently looking for work and says her last job was at a Prince George liquor store.
