Betulla Burning is holding a charity dinner featuring four local chefs.
Brian Quarmby, Warren Sunstrum, and William Miller from the host venue will be teaming with CrossRoads Brewing’s Wayne Kitchen and Sam Fabbro of El Santo Restaurant in New Westminster.
Proceeds from the dinner are being donated to the Association Advocating for Women and Community shelter in PG.
The seven-course meal will provide locally sourced ingredients. An optional beer pairing will also be provided.
The dinner is Wednesday, March 21st, with seatings at 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
