#JerseysForHumboldt supported in Prince George

Prince George has substituted regular work clothes for jerseys today in support of the Humboldt Broncos.

Several groups and organizations in the City have taken the initiative, set forward by Langley mothers, recognizing the 16 lives lost in the tragic bus crash on Friday night, as well as the entire community of Humboldt.

UNBC is one of those places participating, posing for a photo in jerseys spanned across multiple sports.

This includes uniforms from the school’s own basketball and soccer teams.

YXS Airport and Central Mountain Air also posed with Amelia Bear-hart in support of the cause.

The Humboldt Broncos’ GoFundMe page has reached more than $10 million in donations and is still growing; if you wish to contribute, you can click on the link at the top of this page.

The Prince George Cougars are asking fans to come to the CN Centre at 6PM to pose for a photo with signed banners for both the Broncos and former Captain Brock Hirsche’s family, who lost his battle with cancer over the weekend.
