Cougars have giant size offensive attack against Vancouver

The Prince George Cougars filled the net in a 7-3 pre-season victory over the Vancouver Giants in Langley.

Max Kryski scored twice and set up two others to lead the Cougars, who enjoyed period leads of 2-0 and 5-1.

Tyson Upper tallied his 3rd goal in as many exhibition games and added an assist.

Josh Curtis also scored and set up another as the Cougars outshot the Giants 40-31.

Vladislav Mikhalchuk, Cole Moberg and Ilijah Colina each picked up a goal for the Cats while Taylor Gauthier got the victory in net in his first pre-season test.

The Cougars, 2-1 in the pre-season, play an exhibition game this afternoon against the Victoria Royals in Langley.

The Cougars only home pre-season game will take place on Saturday vs. Kamloops.

Prince George will start its regular season on Friday, September 21st in Victoria.

The home opener for the Cougars is set for September 28th against Kelowna.
