The last all-candidates forum for Prince George City Council brought a lot of people out, but councillors are still urging residents to get out there and vote.
“These new voices, they aren’t passive and they aren’t quiet, it’s really exciting,” said candidate Garth Frizzell.
“The big concern is people getting out to vote. It’s so important to vote. I encourage those voting to talk to their friends who may not be that into it,” he said.
“However you vote, just get out and do it, please.”

Candidate Kyle Sampson also spoke about voter turnout.
“I’m hoping we get people out to the polls. We need to make sure we don’t have voter apathy, get out there and get your voice heard,” said Sampson.
