WHL BC Division gets shutout from invites to Canada’s World Junior team

Seven WHL players from five teams have been named to Hockey Canada’s National Junior Team Selection Camp from December 12th to 14th in Victoria.

A total of 34 players (three goaltenders, 12 defencemen, and 19 forwards) were given an invite.

Canada’s final roster is expected to be named December 14th.

The Canadian team will begin its gold-medal defence against Denmark on December 26th (Boxing Day) in Vancouver.
