With two shutouts in four games, Taylor Gauthier of the Prince George Cougars is the WHL Goaltender of the Week.
The 17-year-old Gauthier posted a 3-1 record, 1.26 goals-against-average and a 0.951 save percentage.
He stopped 97 of 102 shots.
Gauthier is 12-15-1-1 on the season with a 2.94 GAA, 0.905 SV%, and three shutouts.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Calgary product is one of three goalies to receive a ‘B’ rating from NHL Central Scouting ahead of the 2019 NHL Draft in their ‘Players to Watch’ List.

Gauthier and the Cougars host the CHL-leading Prince Albert Raiders on Wednesday.
