The Prince George Spruce Kings will host the Vernon Vipers in the first two games of the Fred Page Cup championship series on Friday and Saturday.

The Vipers advanced on Friday after they beat the defending champion Wenatchee Wild 3-1 to capture the Interior Final four games to one.

Soccer player Gordon Hall and basketball standout Vasiliki Louka have been named the UNBC Timberwolves top Male and Female Athletes of the Year.
