Taylor Gauthier of the PG Cougars played in Canada’s first two games (5-3 over Finland and 7-4 over Switzerland) and stopped 63 of 70 shots for a save percentage of .900.
DOYLE CUP:
The BCHL champion Prince George Spruce Kings visit the Brooks Bandits Friday and Saturday in the first two games of the Doyle Cup.
Both teams have a guaranteed berth in the Royal Bank Cup which will be held May 11-19 in Brooks.
